Bench Programs

The desire to build a bigger bench began for me in my personal lifting routine and as I started to find what worked and what didn't I applied my knowledge of the strength and conditioning world to my personal experiences and created a 12week program that has helped many set personal records. 


This program includes 3 phases and is set to peak in absolute strength at the 12th week. Feel free to reach out for any specific questions on the program design.
