Squat Programs
The desire to squat more began for me in my personal lifting routine and as I started to find what worked and what didn't I applied my knowledge of the strength and conditioning world to my personal experiences and created a 12 week program that has helped myself along with many others set personal records in there lifts.
This program includes 3 phases and is set to peak in absolute strength at the 12th week. This is an program created for the advanced lifter, therefore the design is not typical but is guaranteed to bring you significant improvements in 1RM.
